VERONICA VIRTA is a Swedish fashion brand based in Stockholm. Veronica Virta launched the brand in 2015 as Founder and Creative Director. The brand quickly became well known for its tweed jackets and is appreciated by women worldwide for its feminine and timeless designs. The collections from VERONICA VIRTA combine classic silhouettes with modern precision. Each garment is thought out in detail, from material selection to function, to be worn often and for a long time. 

Veronica got her interest in fashion when she grew up with a mother and grandmother who had their own sewing atelier. She early dreamed of becoming a fashion designer and wanted to create timeless classic garments with feminine elements. She chose to study economics and worked in finance in leading positions. She then saw the need for women’s business clothes and the idea for the brand Veronica Virta was born.

She started to design the clothes she herself missed on the market, fashion for a life on the move, where style should be a natural part of everyday life – not decision that requires effort. Veronica wanted to design one jacket that replace three others. One for work, one for the weekend and one for travel. Garments you reach without thinking and that quickly becomes part of your everyday life. Fashion for those who move between work and leisure without changing their style.

The brand was from the start very popular in the market by women in of all ages and has been seen on many celebrities and royalty around the world. Veronica believes that style is not about following trends, it´s about making conscious choices and value quality, fit and calm self-confidence over quick fashion fads.
