Shipping & Delivery
Your order will be shipped within 48 hours after placing your order, usually within 1 business day. You will receive an email or a text message as soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
Sweden: We offer our customers free shipping and all deliveries are handled by Schenker. Standard delivery time in Sweden is 1-2 working days.
Europe: Standard delivery times in Europe is 1-2 working days and all orders are handled by DHL Express. Free shipping on orders over 100€.
Rest of the world: Standard delivery time outside Europe is 2-3 working days and all orders are handled by DHL Express. Free shipping on orders over 100$.
If a product is sold out, the delivery time may be longer. During public holidays the delivery times may also be longer than usual.
Exchanges & Returns
We’ve made exchanging and returning easy!
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your recent Veronica Virta purchase, we are happy to accept returns or help you with an exchange on items that are in its original condition, within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact a Customer Service Representative at firstname.lastname@example.org or through our contact form, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a return and exchanges form.
You are welcome to exchange or return your order within 14 days from the delivery of your package. To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the Veronica Virta-tag on the item. Exchanges are free of charge. Returned goods are paid by the customer.
Once we have received and accepted your return, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. We will keep in touch with you along the way and send you an email once it’s all done.
Please note that Returns and Exchanges can't be made at our Veronica Virta flagship store.
