Exchanges & Returns

Our return policy is within 15 days from the goods having been sent. You as a customer pay for the shipping cost back to us. Veronica Virta only cover the cost from us to the customer. The only term is that the goods must be returned in its original condition with the Veronica Virta-tag and that it has not been used. Send an email to: customercare@veronicavirta.com and write if you want to exchange or return the product and also write your order number. Once we have received and accepted your return, we will make a refund of the value of the returned product.

 

 

Complaints

If you receive a defect product please contact customer services at customercare@veronicavirta.com as soon as possible but no later than within 14 days. Please return the product in the condition it was received detailing the damage or fault and you will get a new product. We will give you instructions and Veronica Virta pay for the shipping costs
