Why haven’t I received an order confirmation, did my order go through?
In the event of a missing order confirmation, please make sure to double check your spam folders/boxes. As long as funds has been deducted from your account you can be certain that your order has been processed. If you didn’t receive a confirmation, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing a new order.
What payment methods does Veronica Virta accept?
Veronica Virta offer secure payment with all major payment providers and credit cards, including PayPal and Klarna (only in Sweden).
Do I need a PayPal account in order to be able to pay with PayPal?
No. You don’t need to have a PayPal account in order to be able to pay with PayPal. You can choose to pay by credit card without having to log in to an account.
How long does it take to ship my order from the time of purchase?
All orders are shipped within 72 hours, but we strive to dispatch all orders within 1 business day from when the order is received.
When will I receive my order?
If the item is in stock, the delivery time in Sweden is between 2-3 business days. The delivery time for the rest of Europe is 3-5 business days. For deliveries outside of Europe, it might take up to 7 business days. These delivery times does not include any delays that might happen with our delivery partners.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
No, you don’t have to pay any shipping costs. Veronica Virta offers free shipping worldwide.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once we have received, inspected and approved your return, your refund will be processed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
